Mindy Middleton, LCSW

I’ve been in the helping professions for more than 20 years, primarily as a social worker and leader in social justice organizations.

After many years of macro social work, I decided to return to my roots and work with clients individually as a psychotherapist. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling, peaceful, and balanced life. My therapeutic approach is multifaceted, holistic, intuitive, and highly personalized. By understanding your individual needs, strengths, goals, and interests, and drawing on various, complementary methodologies, I work to cultivate a space, presence, perspective, and overall therapeutic experience that works with, and for, you.
